1. Q: Are you a factory or a trading company? How can we visit you?
A: We specialize in producing a variety of bags, both a factory and a trading company, located in Quanzhou city, China. We are near Xiamen and Jinjiang airports. It takes one and a half hours from our factory to Xiamen airport by car, and it is a half-hour from our factory to Jinjiang airport by car.
2. Q: What are your main products?
A: Our products are sports bags, outdoor bags, backpack, hiking bag, bicycle bag, disc golf bag, diaper bag, garment bag, tool bag, grill cover and more.
3. Q: What is the lead time for the samples? How long for bulk production?
A: It takes 5-10 working days for samples normally. There are 40-55 days for bulk production normally. But it depends on quantity and special materials requirements.
4. Q: How about your quality guarantee?
A: We're 100% responsible for the damaged goods if they are caused by our improper sewing or package. We always attach importance to quality by controlling raw materials to shipments. We strictly control our quality and follow AQL standards.
5. Q: Does your company have any factory audits?
A: Yes, we have BSCI, Sedex, Champion, Wal-Mart, and NBCU certificates.
6. Q: What is your production capacity each month?
A: Our production capacity is 100,000pcs backpacks monthly.
7. Q: What is your MOQ?
A: It is 500pcs each color. A small quantity is welcome, but the price will be higher because of much more labor & custom clearance.

A: You can email us, kindly send pictures with the problem, we will find a solution as per your pictures and provide quality after-sell service. We offer 100% guarantee on our products.
9. Q: How can you protect my designs and my brand?
A: The Confidential Information will not be disclosed, reproduced, or disseminated in any way. We can sign a Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement with you and our subcontractors. We never share your designs with other clients and treat each customer individually.
10. Q: What are your strengths?
A: As an experienced company, we have a stable & mature supply chain. In order to get a special term, we do business with all suppliers in cash. So our material price and delivery time is better than the others. We can provide different solutions for our customers' special requirements as we source different and suitable types of material for their design & target price.
